This agreement is between the patient (referred to as ‘you’, ‘your’ and “client”) and Platinum Glow Aesthetics LTD (referred to as ‘Platinum Gow, ‘we’ or ‘us’). Where a person as a parent,guardian or attorney arranges treatment on behalf of another under their care, they agree that they will be bound by these Terms. In these circumstances, the references in these Terms to ‘you’ and ‘your’ shall include, as well as the patient, the parent, guardian or attorney. If you have an appointment booked or if you have taken finance through one of our partners you are   bound by these terms and it is your responsibility to read and accept these terms before proceeding to take out finance. 

 

Platinum Glow may update these terms from time to time so it is your responsibility to check the terms from time to time.

Terms & Conditions will not be posted to you unless this is specifically requested in writing.

 Self-payment

Payment for all services at Platinum Glow is due at the time, or on the day of treatment before the procedure is carried out. We accept cash, all credit and debit cards. Payment by bank transfer (BACS) is available on request.

Payment remains your responsibility at all times. 

Non-attendance and cancellation

Please arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment. If you are more than 10 minuites late your appointment may be cancelled and you will lose your deposit.

Rescheduling requires 7days notice.

Non attendance will result in a loss of deposit and we reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee.

Platinum glow Aesthetics are not liable for any undesired results and or rare complications that can occur. We will however do our best to keep our patients happy and support our patients should anything occur.

None of our procedures are guaranteed to provide results and we are always open and honest about this. Proceeding with a treatment is at the patient's discretion.

If you cancel a finance agreement or an appointment we reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment cost; this charge will be waived if we are able to re-book the appointment slot. Please note that insurance companies may not pay these cancellation charges and you will therefore be invoiced directly.

we reserve the right to not offer a new appointment if you have made a last minuite cancellation. This is to protect ours and our patients' best interest.

we reserve the right to decline you for a procedure if you attend and are not suitable, have high blood pressure on the day, are displaying aggressive behaviour or arrive intoxicated. 

Contact details

It is important that you keep us updated of any changes in your contact details. We cannot be held liable should you fail to update us regarding any changes to your contact details including name, mailing address, telephone numbers or email address.

Refunds

All deposits are non refundable, even if you can no longer attend the appointment. ALL procedures are non refundable once completed.

Here at Platinum glow we do our very best to ensure we treat our wonerful patients with care, compassion and respect. In the unlikely event something that is unpleasant to you  should occur, please email or phone us. We will seek to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction
