Official Complaints procedure
 
At Platinum Glow Aesthetics we go above and beyond to ensure that we provide the highest quality of care to all of our valued patients. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your procedure with us we kindly request that you follow our complaints procedure in line with the Health and Care act 2022 as set out below. We ask that you allow us to resolve the matter internally as this is in the best interest of all parties.
 
Step 1: Send us a formal complaint in writing to admin@platinumglow.co.uk, kindly include as much information as possible so that our team can review this information properly.
Step 2: You will receive a response from our team within 10 working days
Step 3: Our internal team will conduct a non biased review  on all aspects of the case based on evidence and your initial complaint letter.
Step 4: You will receive the final outcome of the complaint in writing, we will look to resolve the matter for you within 30 days of the initial complaint.
